Since 1974 Chuck Franklin Glass Studio has produced Art Glass and Stained Glass work in Portland, Oregon, mostly custom. Work ranges from traditional to contemporary, and from colorful to clear with various textures. Beginning with a Portland resaurant in 1975, work can be found in McCormick and Schmick’s Seafood Restaurants nationally. It can also be found in a wide variety of residences, churches, businesses, and casinos. In 2002 the studio was featured on a segment of the PBS television program, Oregon Art Beat. In 2008 Chuck was given the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Art Glass Association of America, and continues to be the driving force behind the studio today.

In our work for M&S, we also work closely with the following businesses:

Manion Company – Furniture and Millwork

KH Lighting – Electric and Metal Fabrication

Fireart Glass – Custom Glass and Slumping

Sidwell Fabrication – Metal Fabrication

Cost

The cost of a project can be calculated based on design requirements, size, complexity, and glass used. The larger and more complex, the greater the cost. Most projects range from $90 / sq. ft. to $200 /sq. ft. A deposit of 1/2 is required initially, with the balance due on completion.
